We officially announce that the official "Cheezmeeza" Instagram page—used as the primary platform for disseminating the animation content of this series since 2019—has been illegally seized and deactivated by Sina Valiollah, host of MBC Persia.

This page, which served as the main medium for communicating with our audience and for releasing exclusive "Cheezmeeza" animations, came under the control of Sina Valiollah on August 12, 2024, without the knowledge or consent of its rightful owner, Vahid Nikgoo. According to the provided documentation, Valiollah exploited his connections at Meta to change the page’s recovery information and unlawfully transfer its ownership to himself. This action has completely stripped the rightful owner of legal control and access, to the extent that even reporting this violation to Instagram has been blocked.

The consequences of this action are irreparable, including the loss of crucial communication channels with our audience. Given that all intellectual and material rights of this animation belong to Vahid Nikgoo, we consider this act a blatant case of digital theft and a serious violation of intellectual property rights.

We demand the immediate restoration of the legal ownership of this page and the legal prosecution of those responsible for this unlawful act. Furthermore, we urge the Instagram platform (Meta) to promptly investigate this case and return the "Cheezmeeza" page to its rightful owner.
